Pricing
How LPG is priced
LPG cargoes are usually priced against published monthly or daily assessments for the region of loading or delivery, such as Saudi Aramco’s monthly contract price for Middle East propane and butane.
Freight is a large share of the delivered cost, so the choice between FOB and delivered terms matters.
