Who is responsible

Alupetra is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website and our business relationships. You can contact us at cm@alupetra.com.

What we collect

This website does not have user accounts and does not store the information you type into the enquiry form; the form only prepares an email in your own email app. We process the personal data you send us by email or telephone — such as your name, company, job title, contact details and the content of your message — and, during a KYC review, the identification and company documents you provide.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to prepare and perform contracts.
• To carry out know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary for the purposes above: for example with banks, inspection companies, ship-owners and agents, professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and afterwards for the period required by applicable law.

Your rights

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.
