How we work
A clear, verifiable sequence for every transaction — and the commitments we hold ourselves to.
Transaction process
Six steps, in this order
No step is skipped, and nothing moves to the next stage until the previous one is complete.
Enquiry
Send your requirement: product or crude grade, specification, quantity, delivery terms and destination. Every reply comes from an @alupetra.com address.
KYC on both sides
Before documents are exchanged, we collect and verify company documents, beneficial ownership and authority to sign, and screen all parties against applicable sanctions lists.
Offer and contract
A written offer is followed by a sale and purchase agreement setting out specification, quantity and tolerance, price basis, Incoterms, inspection, documents and payment.
Verification of product and logistics
Producer, refinery, terminal and vessel documents are confirmed directly with the issuing party — never only through intermediaries.
Independent inspection
An internationally recognised inspection company, agreed by both parties, certifies quantity and quality at the load port.
Payment and delivery
Payment is made through established bank instruments, such as a documentary letter of credit, against the documents agreed in the contract.

Documents are only as reliable as their source. This is where each one is confirmed.
